Getting started
Is #NEXUS ARK really a No-Wipe server?
Yes. The 11-map cluster has never been wiped since launch and there are no scheduled wipes. Your bases, tames, bloodlines and items stay on the cluster for the long run.
How do I join #NEXUS on PC?
Start ARK: Survival Ascended, press TAB in the main menu or in-game to open the console and type the open command of the map you want, for example open 94.249.195.55:7777 for The Island. Every map and its command is listed on the Server Status page.
Can I play on Xbox or PlayStation?
Yes. Open the server browser, switch to Unofficial and search for #NEXUS. All maps of the cluster show up there.
I am new to ARK. Where should I start?
Read the Getting Started guide, join the Discord and pick a starter map such as The Island. Our team answers questions in Discord tickets.
Rates & cluster
What are the rates on #NEXUS?
15x harvesting, 15x XP and 15x taming. Fast enough that you are not grinding for weeks, slow enough that progress still means something.
Which maps are in the cluster?
11 maps: The Island, The Center, Scorched Earth, Ragnarok, Valguero, Astraeos, Genesis Part 1, Aberration, Extinction, Lost Colony and the Warzone, a PvP arena where building is disabled.
Can I transfer between maps?
Yes. All 11 maps are one cluster, so you can move your character, items and dinos between them through obelisks, terminals and supply drops.
How big can a tribe be?
Tribes are capped at 4 players. Alliances are allowed between 2 tribes, so 8 players at most. Bigger alliance blocks are not allowed. Each map has 40 slots, the Warzone has 20.
Is there offline raid protection?
Yes, there is a 3 hour offline raid protection on every map except the Warzone. Raiding is part of the game here, but your tribe gets a fair window when everyone logs off.
Shop & purchases
How fast does the shop deliver?
Instantly. Purchases are delivered automatically in-game, on the map you pick at checkout. You only need your EOS ID, no game account login.
Where do I buy and how do I pay?
Directly on our shop page or at shop.nexusark.net. Checkout runs on Tip4Serv, a payment platform for game servers, so your payment details never touch our server.
Is there a discount right now?
Yes, the whole shop is currently 35% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Where can I see my orders?
Log in to your shop account to see your past purchases and their delivery status.
Rules & support
What are the most important rules?
No cheating, exploiting or mesh bases, no real money trading, max 4 players per tribe and 2 tribes per alliance, and English in global chat. The full list is on the Rules page.
How do I report a bug or a player?
Open a ticket in our Discord with clips, screenshots or implant IDs. The team reviews every report and has 4+ years of experience running ARK servers.
Are more servers coming?
Yes. A Solo/Duo server, a 4-Man Monthly-Wipe server and a PvE cluster are planned. Follow the Projects & Roadmap page or Discord for news.
